1:ORDERS
E-Cigarettes are consumable products just like real cigarettes. Continuing to use the e-cigarettes will require replacing atomizers, batteries, and e-liquids, just as if you were smoking real cigarettes. Most users save about 50% when compared to traditional cigarette smoking.
Atomizers: Atomizers require replacement depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. The average user will go through 3-7 atomizers per month. Atomizers are only replaced if dead on arrival. Please let us know within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore, any complaints related to taste are not warranted.

2:SHIPPING
Prior to placing order please verify that your shipping and contact information is valid and up to date. Once an order has been processed / shipped then information cannot be changed. For any reshipments buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
All orders placed prior to 3PM will be shipped out same day, orders done after 3PM will be sent out the following day. No shipments are sent out on Holidays or Sundays. Please verify your shipping information and order prior to purchase.

Q:What does MAH stand for?
A:It stands for a milliampere hour. In basic terms, it means that the larger the number, the longer your battery should last. So a the higher MAH number the longer the battery life.
Q:What does 510 threading mean?
A:510 threading is the threading that is on the inside of the battery and the threading most commonly used on mechanical mods.
Q: What is Sub-Ohm?
A: Sub-Ohm is when your resistance is below 1.0ohm. Sub-Ohm is popular for large smoke clouds, requires a high VG liquid with very low nicotine (0mg-6mg) or you will get a very strong throat hit and it is not enjoyable. Sub-Ohm is good for those looking to rebuild their own RBA and get very large clouds. Just make sure you understand Ohms Law and Battery Safety before jumping into the world of Sub-Ohming.
Q: What is RDA/RBA?
A: RDA stands for “Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer” but also goes by RBA (Rebuldable Atomizer). This is an atomizer that does not take replacement heads; but you wrap your own coils. This is what is required for true Sub-Ohming and is the reason most people buy RBA/RDAs. Make sure you are aware of Ohms Law and Battery Safety before you decide on an RBA/RDA.
Q: Why is my battery not working?
A: First, make sure that your battery is on; you can turn the battery on and off by clicking the button 5 times very fast, the light will flash telling you that it is turned on or off.
If you are sure the battery is on but it is not firing your tank, try using a different tank if you have one. Chances are that it’s a bad replacement head and it does not want to work with your battery.
One last thing for you to try is raising the center post of the battery; this is a common issue with an older battery. The pin inside your battery can be pushed down over time and you can lift it using a small flathead screwdriver.
Q: Why am I getting a burnt taste from my tank?
A: This can happen for many reasons...
1. Check to make sure your tank has a sufficient amount of juice
2. Try replacing your coil, coils go bad after use, we recommend about every 2 weeks or when your liquid starts tasting “off”.
3. If your coil is new then allow time for your coil to soak up juice if it is brand new

4:RETURNS
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning a product for a refund, we may charge a 20% restocking fee if the original product is not in brand new condition and the original packaging and accessories were not returned with the product. If the product you are returning is defective you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $6.35 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $6.35 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. This will be at your cost and once the unwanted item has returned to us we will refund you for the items.
Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned it will be returned at your expense.
Here are the steps you will want to take:
1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used. DO NOT send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail as the envelopes fail. Padded envelopes are a must and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Priority Mail. If the device is defective and you are sending it back for an exchange you will only need to send back the defective pieces and anything that may be causing the item not to work.
2. Contact Pikes Peak Vapors via the Contact us page to inquire about submitting a RMA. You will be assigned a ticket number, which will also be your RMA #. Please get approval from the agent to send the item back before submitting it. We may email you after you submit the Return in any attempts of troubleshooting.
3. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out.

4. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by Pikes Peak Vapors LLC when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. And will be applied directly to the method that was used to make a purchase.
